On the 27th of April, the Netherlands celebrated its King’s birthday in (orange) style. 538 Koningsdag 2023 was the place to be, with performances by well-known artists like Afrojack, Joel Corry, Miss Montreal, and Armin van Buuren on the lineup. Seeing 40,000 people come together for this celebration at the Chasséveld in Breda was an absolute thrill.
Our team, commissioned by Radio 538, brought this event to life. Backbone International took care of everything from the technical design to technical production to the production management and even the temporary infrastructure of the festival.
