About Festival aan de Breek

From the 18th to the 21st of June, a small village in the Netherlands celebrated its 700th anniversary. The celebrations culminated after 70 (!!) days in the three-day Festival aan de Breek, held in the heart of the village. Throughout the day, the festival grounds hosted a variety of activities for visitors of all ages, while the evenings featured DJ sets and live music performances indoors.

Role of Backbone

Backbone was involved in technical production and overlay management for this event, part of the Landsmeer 700 celebrations. We were responsible for constructing the large tent on the square, overlay facilities, and the pontoons on which two swans were placed, forming the centerpiece of the grand fireworks finale that closed the celebrations.
