About Unfold.art

From the 6th of January until the 5th of February, during Unfold.art, there was the spectacular show SORA, created by the creative studio NONOTAK. SORA was the newest kinetic light installation, where the architectural nature of the space isolates the audience from natural light. With the unique setting in the Gashouder, it was a breathtaking show.

Role of Backbone

Backbone was responsible for the technical production and overlay management for this event. It was an exciting production for our Backbone team, with an exhibition running five days a week and live shows on the weekends.

Besides, the Gashouder transformed into a futuristic Audio Obscura x SORA on the 28th of January. In Unfold.art’s setting at the iconic Gashouder at Westergas was the rave with performances by Adriatique, Henrik Schwarz, Trikk, Nadia Struiwigh, and last but not least, NONOTAK. At least 3500 visitors came to the dance floor that night with each other.
