Bevijdingspop Haarlem

Bevrijdingspop in Haarlem, the largest Liberation festival in the Netherlands, has grown tremendously in recent years. Especially now since most people got a day off from work, it was a very busy anniversary edition. The beautiful weather helped in making it an edition to never forget!

Bands and acts that performed were a.o. Ed Kowalczyk (or Live), Junkie XL, Giovanca, Tim Knol, Jurk! and La Caravane Passe. The closing act on the stage in the province of North Holland was successfully resurrected GOTCHA! Allstars.
Other names that were part of the programming were Gemma Ray & Band, The Popopopops, 7th Street, The Hype, Dio, the traditional Rapbattle and Boemklatsch!

In its 30 years of existence, Bevrijdingspop has many times been a springboard for (inter)national talent. This year many 3 FM Serious Talent artists were programmed, such as Want Want, Giovanca, Go Back To The Zoo, Drive Like Maria and the Haarlem Baskerville!

2010 was a very successful anniversary edition of the Haarlem Bevrijdingspop festival with a varied program and despite the huge number of visitors not a single discord.
