Technical Drawer

For our European office, we are looking for a Technical drawer. As a technical draftsman at Backbone International, you will work with our producers to translate creative concepts into technically feasible plans. You are a solution-oriented thinker and like working in a team. Backbone has projects worldwide, so you get to work with different cultures, local laws and regulations for each production. A clear schedule is key. You'll plan "backward" from the set deadlines towards the right drawing moments and ensure everything is clear to everyone involved to set up a kick-ass production.

As a technical draftsman, you know your way around CAD program(s) and have basic knowledge of the elements needed to build an event. You are proactive and make tasks that seem impossible possible with innovative- and out-of-the-box thinking. The assignments you can expect at Backbone include technical translations of stage designs, festival areas, overlay plans and more. Working in this sector is challenging but, at the same time, the best thing there is. Technisch Tekenaar

Voor ons HQ in Europa zijn wij op zoek naar een Technisch tekenaar. Als technisch tekenaar bij Backbone International ga je de samenwerking aan met de producenten om een creatief concept naar een technisch uitvoerbaar plan te vertalen. Oplossingsgericht denken en in teamverband samenwerken past bij jou. Backbone heeft projecten over de hele wereld, dus bij elk project werk je samen met een andere cultuur en volg je de lokale wet- en regelgeving. Je werkt in het projectteam aan een planning, door vanuit de gestelde deadlines terug te werken naar teken momenten. Je zorgt dat het voor iedereen helder is welke informatie en acties nodig zijn om samen een strakke productie neer te zetten.

Als technisch tekenaar weet jij je weg te vinden in CAD programma(‘s) en heb je basiskennis van de elementen die nodig zijn om een evenement te bouwen. Je bent proactief en opdrachten die onmogelijk lijken, maak je mogelijk met innovatie en out of the box denken. De opdrachten die je bij Backbone mag verwachten zijn o.a. technische doorvertalingen van stagedesigns, festival areas, overlay plannen en meer.
